Spray a pan with Pam. Cook the onions about 5 min over medium heat. Add the cranraisins, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar. Cook for about 5 minutes longer then remove from pan and keep warm in a covered bowl.Season pork chops with salt and pepper and fry in a pan over medium heat about 3 minutes on each side until no longer pink in the middle.
