3 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. maple syrup (sugar free)

Here is how you make Onion Curried Pork Chops:

Combine garlic, curry, lemon juice, maple syrup, and pepper in an 8x8 baking dish. Place the thawed pork chops in the dish, and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (I recommend overnight.) When you're reading to cook the pork, slice the entire onion up into rings. Taking about 1/4 cup of the marinade out of the baking dish, add the onions and the marinade to the pan and grill for about 6 minutes. Add the pork directly to the onions. Grill pork in the frying pan for about 20-25 minutes (10 on each side).
