1 red onion, medium - sliced thinly
250 ml red wine, dry
250 ml beef boullion made with stock cube
30 ml (2 Tbs.) olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven 200°C or 392°F 8 servingsTrim any fat from pork. In a large dutch oven heat olive oil over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking and brown pork, turning it until browned all around.
