Here is how you make Georgia peach glazed pork chops:

Season porkchops with salt, & pepper. With instant pot on saute, add olive oil and seal pork chops on both sides, remove from instant pot. Add vegetable broth, seasonings, brown sugar substitute, minced serrano pepper and thyme. Stir well. Return chops to instant pot. Lay sliced peach on top of chops, close and seal instant pot. Cook on manual high pressure for 8 minutes. Natural steam release for 10 minutes. Quick release to vent and open. Remove chops and peach slices. Turn instant pot setting back to sautee and whisk in a cornstarch slurry. Simmer until glazd thickens. Pour glaze over chops and serve.
