(I use Boston Butt & when pulling it, I clean ALL the fatt off!!) Put in crock pot, put water in about 1/4 - 1/2 the way up the pork. Pour 1/2 bottle of BB-Q sauce over pork, cover & cook until done. I remove the pork from the crock & pull the meat from the fat & bone. I pour about 1 cup of the juice from the crock pot into a measuring cup & remove the fat from the top & pour the rest of the juice back on the pulled pork. Put the pork back into the crock & add the rest of your BB-Q sauce. When I put on my bun, I will add maybe another tbsp of BB-Q sauce. The more fat you remove the better!!!
