Pre- heat broiler. Cut peppers into thick strips. Line grill rack with foil and place a single layer of peppers on rack. Broil 20-25 min or until edges are slightly charred.Cut pork into chunks, season with salt and pepper. Cook in frying pan 4 min or until browning. Transfer to a large pot and add paprika, tomato sauce, 1 1/4 cups of water and a little seasoning. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 30 min.Add peppers and cook for 10-15 min or until meat is tender. Taste for seasoning.
