1.25 lb pork tenderloin, sliced into 8 pieces on a diagonal
2 tsp lemon pepper (or more if desired)
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


How Do I Make Pork Diane?

Here is how you make Pork Diane:

Sprinkle lemon pepper to each side of pork. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Place the pork in the skillet and cook on each side for 4-6 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside. Add the worcestershire sauce and the mustard. Mix well and cook until heated through. Add the pork back to the skillet turning a few times to coat.
