1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
2 cups carrotts, sliced diagonally
1/2-1 cup sliced or chopped onions
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup thinly sliced bell pepper strips
1/4 cup water

Here is how you make Gold Coast Pork Chops:

1. Mix mushroom soup and water, set aside.2. In large skillet, brown pork chops until almost done on med-low heat. Remove from skillet and set aside.3. Pour soup into skillet and stir to mix in juices from pork. Add onions, peppers, carrotts, and mushrooms, mix well. Return chops to skillet, turning to coat (bury in soup if possible). 4. Cover and cook about 30 minutes over med low heat. Stir occasionally and turn pork chops so they don't stick to the bottom.
