Mix seasonings and salt together in a small bowl2. Pork chops should be thin cut or you will need to cook longer. Season one side of the pork chops and set aside. 3. Slice peppers and onions into small strips4. Put peppers and onions in non-stick skillet (add Pam or olive oil if needed) on medium heat. Add seasoning.5. Place pork shops season side down in second non-stick skillet (add Pam or olive oil if needed) on medium heat. Season other side of pork cops.6. Add lime juice to peppers and onions with a little more seasoning. Turn heat to low and cover. Remove from heat when pork chops are finished.7. Flip pork chops once they are nicely seared.
