Here is how you make Pork Tenderloin with Chinese Five-Spice:

Cut the tenderloin diagonally into 8 thin slices (1 inch)Sprinkle with salt to taste. Combine the flour, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and five-spice powder in a bowl and mix well. Rub over the pork slices. Combine brown sugar, orange juice and vinegar in a separate bowl and stir until the brown sugar dissolves. Heat the olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork slices and cook for 2 minutes. Turn and cook for 2 minutes longer. Pour the orange juice mixture over the pork.
