Mixture should be the consistency of loose oatmeal. If mixture is too thick add more worcestershire, if too loose add more dry mustard.Roll roast in the mixture until roast is completley covered.Leave roast in bowl (or plate) and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Remove from fridge and let sit for 30 minutes.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook roast in a roasting pan in oven for 50-60 minutes.Let roast rest for about 10 minutes before cutting.Recipe serves 8.
