Here is how you make Pork Tagine with Butternut Squash:

Combine first 6 spice ingrediants in a medium bowl. Add pork loin that has been sliced into 1 inch cubes and toss to coat. Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium high heat. Add pork and onions and cook for about 5 minutes or until pork is nicely browned, stirring frequently. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Add squash, dried apricots and raisins. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes or until squash is tender. Sprinkle with cilantro.
