Heat 1 Tbsp oil, then sear pork steaks in both sides. Remove from pan. Add another tbsp oil to the pan, add in onions, saute for a while, then add flour, and cook while stirring for a few min. Pour in a little of the stock to deglaze the pan, then add remainder of stock, stirring well. Season however you like.
