The ingredients for Pork Stew are:

8 cups of Veggie Broth
4 Boneless pork chops
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Celery stalks, chopped
2 White potatoes chopped
2 Blue potatoes chopped (feel free to use reds, or more white potatoes too!)
1 large carrot, chopped
2 cups of water
1 med beet, chopped
5 small mushrooms chopped


How Do I Make Pork Stew?

Here is how you make Pork Stew:

Pour the veggie broth in a large stock pot and bring to a boil. While it is warming up. trim all the fat from the pork and add the fat to the pot. Once it comes to a boil turn the heat to med and cover. Let simmer for 30 min. While it is simmering cut the pork in to bite sized chunks and cut up the veggies.
