1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 Tbls. toasted sesame seeds
1 Tbls. cornstarch
2 tsp sesame oil.

Make sauce in a bowl by whisking together chicken stock, oyster sauce, sesame seeds, cornstarch and sesame oil. Set aside.In a large wok or skillet, heat 1 Tbls. of oil over high heat; stir fry pork in batches until browned, adding more oil as necessary. about 4 min per batch. Transfer to a bowl.Add remaining vegetable oil, onion garlic and ginger to wok. stir fry over med. heat till fragrant, about one min.Add cabbage, carrots and stock; cover and steam until tender-crisp, 3-5 min. return pork to pan.
