Here is how you make Pork Chops with Stuffing:

Brown the chops on both sides in a large skillet. Transfer to a large pan and arrange in one layer. Cook the onion and celery in the same skillet in the butter. When soft, add hot water then the stuffing and mix well. Evenly spread the stuffing over the chops. Bake, covered, at 350F. Uncover the pan for the last half hour. Makes six large servings--7.25 ounces meat per serving and 2.5 package-recommended-servings of stuffing per serving.
