Here is how you make Pork Tenderloin in Cider:

Cook meat in skillet to brown, approximately 4 minutes per side. Remove from heatCoat slow cooker with non-stick spray (Pam). Arrange onions to cover bottom of dish. Add sweet potatoes and onion. In a small bowl combine dijon mustard and flour. Add apple cider and stir or whisk until smooth. Pour over vegetables and stir slightly. Place tenderloin on top.Cover with lid and cook on LOW 4 - 4 1/2 hours or on HIGH 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Removed tenderloin and cover with foil for a few minutes.
