Fresh Rosemary Fresh Oregano 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp Olive Oil. How Do I Make Pork Tenderloin Ravioli?Here is how you make Pork Tenderloin Ravioli: Saute' the onions until they're transparent ( approx 4 mins), add Shiitake mushrooms, garlic, salt & pepper. Cook about 7 mins, until the mushrooms are cooked. Add pork tenderloin (cut into 1/2 inch pieces) and cook for about 5 mins, or until the pork is no longer pink. Add your tomatoes and chicken broth & turn to Med. Low and cook for 30 minutes. Cover. After 30 minutes, uncover, add oregano & rosemary and simmer uncovered for 3 to 4 mins, or until much of the juice has boiled off. Boil your ravioli, and put into serving dish. Put some of the parmesan cheese on top and top that with your sauce. Use the rest of the cheese on top of the sauce. Serve & Enjoy, I know my family did!
