Take your pork loin and roll the loin and slice into a a thin single layer. Cover with plastic wrap and beat into a thin even layer.Take your cream cheese and add 4 tblsp of garlic powder and rosemary and blend in a bowl. set aside for later.Take pre packaged or fresh red bell peppers sliced thin I added mushrooms as well.Spread a layer of the cream cheese filling onto the pork add slices of red pepper and mushrooms and roll the tenderloin back up and place in a glass baking dish. Coat the top of the tenderloin in paprika and a little olive oil. place in preheated oven @ 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.This should make about 5 servings as a main dish.
