1.5 lb. pork chops, cut into stir-fry strips

Sauce:
1 cup salsa OR picante sauce
1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy is great)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seed, toasted if desired
1/2C water

Topping:
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
more sesame seeds

1. Spray a 12" heavy skillet with spray oil and cook pork strips about 5 minutes or until no more pink is visible.2. Add all the sauce ingredients. Stir frequently until the peanut butter is melted. Reduce heat to very low, cover and simmer gently for about 30 minutes or until pork is tender - stirring several times.3. Served Pork over rice or noodles, and sprinkled with green onions & sesame seeds!
