Cube potatoes into casserole bowl with lid. Add 1/3 cup water and microwave on high 6 minutes or until tender. In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Brown onions and sliced kielbasa. Drain and add potatoes, cook and stir for 3-4 minutes. In small bowl, mix brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, thyme and pepper, stir into skillet, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
