Here is how you make Jamaican Sweet Potato:

This recipe is for one serving. To multiply the servings, simply add another potato and piece of chicken. Bake yam (or sweet potato) until very soft and tender (or microwave). Season chicken breast with Jamaican Allspice and garlic salt. Bake at 350 F until cooked thoroughly. While chicken is baking, make mango salsa. Combine mango, chopped onions, chopped bell peppers, cilantro, juice from the jar of hot peppers (about 1/4 cup) and 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice. Run through food processor until combined and chunky. Add a dash of salt. Use 1/2 yam and 1/2 chicken breast for each serving. And 1/4 of the mango salsa.Cut open yam and top with cooked, sliced chicken breast.
