1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 large sweet potatoes
1 medium green pepper

Peel and cut sweet potatoes in 1-in. cubes.Cook brown rice.In a large skillet brown the pork chops in the olive oil. While pork chops are browning, open pineapple and drain the juice in a bowl. Do not throw away the juice, your going to need it. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and 1/2 cup of the drain pineapple juice.Stir mixture in the bowl and add to the skillet after your pork chops are brown on both side. Add sweet potatoes and stir until most of them are coated. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat then cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.While simmering, cut the green pepper into chuncks or strips. You add the green peppers ans pineapple after its simmered for 15 min.
