Here is how you make Toasted Potatoes:

Heat skillet on medium. Coat bottom with olive oil.In large bowl combine potatoes and onion mix and thoroughly mix. You may find it useful to place in a large pot with a lid and shake it around so that it coats evenly.Spoon mixture into skillet and cook until browned, stir occasionally. You may need to add another Tablespoon of oil if the potatoes seem too dry.
