Slice baked potatoes to 1/4" slices.In a greased 9" pie plate, layer potatoes, then chard, then squash. In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk, cumin, salt, pepper, and cheese. Pour over vegetables. Bake in 375 F degree oven until eggs are set which is about a half hour. Top should be light golden brown and eggs don't jiggle when you wiggle the pan. Careful not to overcook.
