Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs and mix in sour cream, milk, and cornstarch. Mix until well blended. Add in all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie crust and bake on a cookie sheet for 50 mins/until center is set and knife inserted comes out clean. Allow to set for a few minutes and serve.
