2 tbsp. country crock lite
3/4 cup water
onion slices
green pepper slices

How Do I Make Baked Pork and Rice?

Here is how you make Baked Pork and Rice:

Melt butter in skillet. Add white rice and lightly brown, approx. 5 minutes. Remove rice and spread on bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Place pork chops on top, after seasoning with salt. Pour beef broth and a cup of water over dish. Arrange onion slices and pepper slices over top. Sprinkle with black pepper. Cover casserole dish tightly with tin foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. When time up, remove pork, if fork tender, and cover casserole dish and continue cooking rice for 15 minutes.
