Cook Rice according to package directions. Once cooked, combing rice with egg & cheese. Using wet hands, press rice mixture into greased pizza pan. Bake @ 350 for 40 min.Combine refried beans and salsa and spread on cooked rice base. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake @ 350 for about 20 minutes until cheese melts and pie is heated through.Serve slices topped with green onion and tomato.
