1/2 Cup of Mozzarella[Part Skim Milk](Grated)

So I made my beans and rice in a rice cooker. You clearly don't have to.Bring 3 maybe 4 cups of water to boil. Bring your heat to a medium.Take your 1/2 Cup of Navy Beans and 1/2 Cup of Long Grain Brown Rice, 2 Tsp of McCormick's Perfect Pitch: Garlic & Herb, and 2 Tsp of Red Devil Cayenne Pepper Sauce and add to the boiling water.Let cook until you're satisfied your rice and beans are cooked thoroughly. While that's cooking, it's time to saute your veggies! Add your olive oil, and optional 1 Tsp of Garlic & Herb seasoning and 1 Tsp of Red Devil Pepper Sauce to your hot skillet. Quickly after toss in 1/2 Cup of Chopped Yellow Onion, 1/2 Cup of Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper, 2/3 Cup of Chopped Fresh Broccoli, and 2 Cloves of Chopped Garlic and constantly stir in skillet till soft and yummy smelling!I used a wok and had it on 250, but you might want to try a medium/high heat.
