2 T Jalapeno Peppers (more or less to taste), minced

Here is how you make Brown Rice, Black Beans, and Tomatoes:

Cook brown rice (I usually cook a large amount at a time and refrigerate leftovers to use in recipes later). Drain and rinse one can of black beans. Open one can of petite diced tomatoes and empty into a small pot. Add the black beans. Heat to a simmer. Mince 2 T jalapeno peppers (more or less to taste, I like it hot so I usually use more) and add to pot. Stir in 1 T chili powder. Add cooked brown rice and stir.
