Here is how you make DrDave Brown Rice and Beans w Quinoa:

Mix all dry ingredients in rice cooker. Rinse and drain 16 oz can of chickpeas, garbanzo beans, and mix into dry ingredients. Add water to cover mixture 1 inch. Set rice cooker to brown rice setting. Fluff cooked rice and beans with edge of non-scratching spoon. Season individual servings or batches to taste. I recommend: furikake, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, kimchee or other strong flavors.
