Start the brown rice in a rice cooker or pot.Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Set aside.Heat veg. oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the kale. When the kale starts to wilt, add the beans and seitan and heat through.Add all of the sauce, stir, and turn off the heat and cover until the rice is finished cooking.
