Here is how you make Beef'd Up Rice Dish:

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.Place steak rounds on bottom of pot.Season with black pepper, onion powder & ground oregano.Sprinkle meat with Worcestershire sauce.Add water to bottom of pot.Spread barley over top of the meat in an even layer.Spread garlic over meat, on top of barley.Drain black beans and pour in atop the meat/barley/garlic stack.Cover and set on Low for 7 or so hours.Shortly before ready to serve, prepare rice on stove top/rice cooker.Serving Size: 4Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user TIMANTEC.
