1lb Laura's lean 4% fat ground beef

Here is how you make Cheesy Beef and Rice:

In a large saucepan, saute rice & garlic in butter until golden brown. Stir in broth, carrots, parsley, salt, basil & onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in beef. Transfer to a 9 inch square baking dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, stiring twice. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese.
