2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ground Oregano

Here is how you make Easy Cheesey Beef and Rice Cassarole:

Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain. At the same time, prepare the rice as directed. In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Slowly stir in cooked rice until it's well coated. Stir in beef and 1 cup of cheese until the whole mix looks uniform. Scoop mix into a casserole pan and top with rest of shredded cheese. Cover pan with aluminum foil (to prevent cheese from burning).Bake at 350 for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is nice and melty. Makes approximately eight 1.5 cup servings. Tips: Play with the seasonings. It's really hard to screw this up if you use moderation.Can substitute macaroni instead of rice, but it will change the nutritional content obviously.
