Melt butter in a saucepan on medium-high.Add pasta. Stir occasionally. Cook till starting to brown.Add rice. Stir occasionally, cooking for up to 1 minute more.Add Broth(s). Bring to a boil. Turn heat down to lowest setting. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed. [I find that my stove is quite hot even on low, so I will turn it off for up to five minutes in the middle of the cooking time.
