1 14oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 C uncooked brown rice,medium grain
1 tsp splenda
2 tsp Tabasco sauce

Here is how you make Spicy Beef and New Orleans Red Rice Skillet Dinner:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Crumble the turkey into the skillet and season with 1/2 tsp of sea salt. Brown turkey until no pink is left. DrainReduce heat to med-high and with 2 tbs of oil to skillet. Saute celery,onion and bell pepper for 5-6 minutes, or until tender. Add browned turkey, chicken broth, 1 1/2 cups of water, tomato paste, rice, splenda, remainder of sea salt and Tabasco; bring to a boil.
