Broccoli, cooked, 5 cup, chopped 1 bag ( 12oz)
Salt,1 tbsp or seasoning salt 1 tbsp

Boil chicken breast,steam broccoli,cook rice, in a separate skillet add non fat cooking sray(pam) bell pepper and onions(cook for 2 mins stirring) in a small bowl add milk and egg wisk together.
