1 (8oz) can of tomato sauce
2 tsp of worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp of hot sauce
1 cup of uncooked white rice
2 cups of water
1 (10oz) package of frozen broccoli florets
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in non-stick skillet over medium high heat until thoroughly cooked.DrainAdd soup, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Hot Sauce, mix well. Stire in Rice and Water. Bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, stirring once or twice.Meanwhile cook broccoli to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain and set aside.Stir cooked broccoli into ground beef mixture, mix well, Sprinkle with Cheese.
