2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp crushed red peppers
3 tsp minced garlic
1 tbl dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cp dry white wine
2 tbl dried parsley
1/4 tsp dried thyme
3 cups broccoli, steamed
1/4 cup diced red peppers (sweet)

Here is how you make Garlic Broccoli Shrimp w/Brown Rice:

Put 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water in a pan and simmer for 30 minutes or until ready.Steam broccoli and red peppers until al dente.Meanwhile, heat oil in large, non-stick skillet. Add crushed red pepper, garlic and basil. Saute for 30 secs, then add shrimp. Cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then remove from pan. Set aside.In the same skillet, add wine, parsley, thyme. Bring to a boil and reduce slightly for 1 minute or so. Add shrimp and broccoli/peppers mixture. Stir to coat.Divide rice onto 4 plates.
