1 C low fat cottage cheese
4 oz grated Albertson's Mozzarella Cheese part skim


How Do I Make Pizza Rice Casserole?

Here is how you make Pizza Rice Casserole:

Cook rice. Brown ground beef & onion. Add tomato sauce and spices. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Combine cottage cheese and rice. Put 1/3 rice mixture in lightly oiled dish. Top with 1/3 meat-tomato sauce. Continue to alternate layers, ending with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
