Here is how you make Wild Rice and Ham Casserole:

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 2 qt. casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.Cook rice according to package directions (takes about 40-50 min.). Meanwhile, mix together all remaining ingredients except cheese. Stir in cooked rice; transfer to prepared casserole dish and cover with lid or foil. Bake 45 minutes.
