What Are The Ingredients For Cheesy Rice Recipe?

The ingredients for Cheesy Rice are:

2 Cups White Rice (I use Jasmine Rice too)
3 cups water
1/2 cup chopped yellow, red, and green pepper
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped onion
Garlic powder
Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper
Red Pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
10 oz Velveete, cubed
5 oz evaporated can milk
1 cup canned corn
1 cup canned black beans
1 clove garlic minced


How Do I Make Cheesy Rice?

Here is how you make Cheesy Rice:

Bring 3 cups water to boil then add 2 cups rice, cover turn to low and let rice absorb water. (Of course you can also use a minute rice)While the rice is cooking chop the onion, peppers and tomatoes. Mince the garlic. Drain the corn and black beans (you can use the left over corn and beans to make a salsa with a can of rotel this is yummy)Warm olive oil in non stick skillet, add the garlice and toss for about 14 seconds. Then add your onions, peppers, and spices let cook on low to medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add the corn and black beans cooking for about 5 more minutes. When the rice is done add the cubed Velveeta and cover to allow the steam and heat from the rice to melt the cheese. (This should take place while you are still building your vegetable mixture.)Once the vegetable mixture is done add to pot with rice and cheese along with the evaporated milk. Stir to mix and serve.
