Pour mixture into a large pot and bring to boil. Add cups of water, which should be enough to cover the rice. Add spices, boullion and oil. allow to boil some more. Wash rice in cold water several time to remove excess starch. Add to mixture, stir very gently and reduce the heat to minimum level. Rice needs to cook slowly. Do not be alarmed if it burns at the bottom slightly. To reduce this turn the heat down. Rice should absorb the tomato mixture, be orange in colour and soft to touch. if necessary, add a little more water and adjust seasoning. when ready, remove from heat and mix thorougly with a large cooking spoon. Allow to cool and serve.
