I buy the boil in the bag brown rice with 1 cup of rice in it. Boil it for 7 minutes. Drain. While it is still in the strainer add half cup of Pineapple chunks with the juice and the Mandarin oranges in the pan. Mash them with a potato masher or a fork. Add back in your rice after cutting open the bag. Cook the juice into the rice. Stir. Around 2 mins. Squeeze the lemon wedges over the rice when finished. Serves two 1 cup proportions.
