Prepare Brown rice set aside.In a skillet add canola oil over med/high heat. Add steak strips and brown quickly. Reduce heat and add garlic, and all the peppers, cook untill peppers are half way tender then add the can of stewed tomatoes, cover with lid and let simmer 5 minutes.In a seperate dish add 1/4 water, 2tbs of soy sauce, and 2tsp of cornstarch.When peppers are soft then stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken sauce.
