1 package of stir fry seasoning (optional - I do not use the whole package)
water (to mix with the stir fry seasoning
1 tbsp of Soy Sauce (optional)

Here is how you make Quick and Easy Shrimp Un-Fried Rice:

Heat wok with tbsp of olive oil. You can use olive oil spray instead to cut down fat/calories. Cook shrimp. Remove shrimp. Cook onions until soft. Add in frozen vegetables. I cook them in the microwave for four minutes before tossing them in. Add in baby corn. Cook for one minute or until hot. Add in the bag of instant rice. Cook for one minute. Make a spot in the center where you can pour the egg beaters by pushing everything towards the outside of the wok. Pour in egg beaters and scramble. Mix everything together until combined. Toss in some soy sauce right at the end if desired. This recipe makes four large servings.
