1 - 3 tsp Garlic Minced

Here is how you make Brown Rice w/ Mushrooms, Onion, and Garlic:

Boil 3 cups of water and pour it in an 8x8 glass baking pan. Add the bouillon cubes to the water and dissolve. Add the cup of brown rice, the lite salt, the black pepper and stir. Spray the water with olive oil and butter cooking sprays, cover with foil and put in a preheated 375 degree oven for one hour. In the meantime, saute' the mushrooms, onions, and garlic in a frying pan with olive oil and a few tablespoons of water until cooked thoroughly.
