Cook rice 90% with one teaspoon salt & drain them.In a wok heat olive oil, then add onions and garlic and stir fry for a minute. Then add the vegetables and mint and stir fry for another 2 minutes.Now add rice, salt, black pepper powder, garlic & herb seasoning & lemon juice. Toss well & cover & cook on medium low heat for 5-10 minutes or till the rice gets heated through.Serve warm.Serving Size:?Makes six 3/4 cup servings
