Cook on a medium heat until onion becomes translucent, stirring occassionally. Reduce heat to low.In a colander (strainer) add the 2 cups of rice flakes - run under tap water for 2-3 minutes, ensuring flakes are soaked. Allow to strain completely, flakes should begin to plump up.Add rice flakes to the skillet, heating for about 3-5 mintues.
